Neodada (new series)

Neodada is a series of black and white collages informed and inspired by Dadaist art, gritty urban posters and 1990s "grunge" music and graphic design. These collages are an attempt to make sense of our complex world by imposing order on chaos. Images from fashion and lifestyle magazines, found photographs, random text and various discarded ephemera take on new life by being combined, juxtaposed and superimposed. Arbitrary fragments form mysterious alliances indicating that even the (seemingly) worthless can have value and meaning.
